"Staff are super attentive and helpful. Place is clean but the small refrigerator inside the room was dirty. We didn't use it anyway."

"Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
