Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms need updating. The sofa and chair in our room were both stained and dingy. Shower head and fixtures need cleaning. Odor in the lobby faintly smells of sewage or something.

This property is exquisite. The rooms are perfect, the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and everything you want or need is readily available. Staff went out of their way to refund us for one night when we were unable to get there because very high winds caused all ferries to be canceled.
