Was put in a pet room which I have allergy to pets.I was told it was nit but other ppl stayn thr said thr was a pet in that room. Alsi beds are hard.

Looked unsafe. Parking was taken up by big trucks and trailers parking sideways taking up 5 or 6 spots so we had to park far away on the side where there is no lighting

I liked the hotel, but i didnt like the breakfast. It was too bland. And the small square pillows. I actually HATED the pillows. Other then that i really liked the hotel.

I liked how I was welcomed into the hotel and the complimentary service. The breakfast was hot but the potatoes were dry. The room was somewhat clean. My family and I didn't use the drawers or microwave because in the drawers there were crumbs and in the microwave it looked as if it was never wiped down. I called the front desk for some towels to be delivered but they told me to have someone go to the front desk to get them. They have staff shortages so the rooms are not serviced everyday. Overall, it was okay. I would stay again but maybe not for several nights.

Lobby and front desk area smelled interesting and not in a good way. They originally had given us a 1st floor room which we had changed and they were nice about. It was fine overall. Staff nice and room was comfortable, a little on the warm side so we had to turn on the ac perpetually. Bathroom and room overall in good shape and nice. Good for an overnight.

This hotel has excellent amenities and an outstanding staff. We loved the room! They had an excellent little hot snack in the evening (plus cookies!) and a lot of choices at the included breakfast. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
