"Our sheets and pillow cases were very stained. The comforter was so dirty that we threw it off the bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this is my 1st complaint. Other than that major issue the rest of the stay was good. Breakfast is always really good."

"Quick and helpful check in. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub was super nice for kids and adults after a long day. Great stay overall ! "

"Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, but street noise is awful. Toilet is horribly noisy as well and no shelf in toilet area to put anything. Having to pay for parking was an unpleasant surprise. Would not stay here again and as a travel agent, would not recommend this hotel to clients. "

"I ended up with a handicapped room, which was ok. The shower was a little small, but the real problem was it had 3-5 inches of water in the tub when I arrived. Just not what you want to do when you rent a room! The staff was there, that's about all you could say about them. Gave me a key. No expression, smile, nothing. Not a friendly location for sure. The breakfast was ok. Food stations were clean."

"The service we received from OhioPyle Vacation rentals was excellent - good information both by email and in the notebook provided. It was missing information about the state park that would have been helpful. The condition of the property was very disappointing: first it appears this was a double wide trailer which was not disclosed in the information. The improvements needed were many, including: peeling pain air vents needed replaced, Inside the kitchen cupboards the shelf paper was VERY old and torn and gave the appearance of being unclean; The kitchen drawers did not work well; the pots and pans were missing and/or mismatched lids, some baking pans were rusted, all the beed board at the base of the baseboards throughout; the "campground" location had a run down appearance; the stovetop burner pans were worn and rusty; the uneven floor throughout indicate a sinking foundation; there were no extra lamps for reading near the living room seating; also no end tables; the kitchen stove hood was rusted; the towel holder in the bathroom was rusty; there were no hooks or bars in the bathroom for damp/wet towels; Missing in the kitchen: coffee filters, salt and instructions for the coffee maker."
