We had a great time in the house. The beach location was fantastic. During our stay neither of the houses around us were occupied for most days so we had the beach to ourselves. The water was great for swimming but a little rough for snorkeling. We had a total blast. The house is central to Georgetown and the "North" end of the island. There were several restaurant choices nearby. We enjoyed Big D's, met medium D because Big D had gone home. There is an ice cream shop nearby that was fantastic and we had a meal at one of the resorts one night just to see what that stay would have looked like, for us the house was a perfect choice. We had 7 in our group (2 couples with children). Each couple had a bedroom suite with very comfortable beds. If you are not an early riser, then make sure and take a sleep mask. The sun rises right over the ocean for a terrific wake up call. The ambiance is beautiful in the house because of all the open windows and sheer curtains. This doesn't provide a lot of privacy, just so you are aware. It also allows the sun to shine through both sides of the house. To help with heat in the house we asked for a couple of fans and when we came home from a day trip to another beach, we found fans on the front porch. These helped tremendously. There were enough towels, both bathroom and beach, that we only had to do laundry a time or two during our stay. Having a fully updated kitchen was super nice to cook in. I even got to try out the outside griddle, which I have always wondered if I would like. It was awesome and we cooked on it almost every day. Instructions on finding the house were accurate however be aware that the sign at JT's that is used as a landmark is very faded and hard to read. There is a large blue mechanic shop building that you will pass on your left then the first turn toward the house is the next right. (If coming from the airport). We didn't have any complaints about the house it was perfect and exactly as represented. Abby was very responsive even if we were a little needy the first day or so getting situated. If I were to suggest any "improvements", I would say some pull down window shades, at least in the bedrooms downstairs and on the west side of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay.
