Saint florent small seaside town where you will find everything you need such as shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors is 10 minutes by car.

The 160 m² villa with an independent heated swimming pool is located 900 m from the sandy beach of Farinole.

Composition from 4 to 8 people:
160 m² interior, a 100 m² terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, heated swimming pool with adjoining garden. Outdoor shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) open to its dining area, a lounge area with its flat screen that overlooks the swimming pool and the terrace, part of which is covered so that you can always enjoy the outdoors. Then on the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a bedroom with 1 double bed which overlooks the swimming pool with a bathroom.
Upstairs are three bedrooms each with an independent bathroom-wc (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds, cupboards).
