Minutes from downtown, NDSU, the Fargo Dome, West Acres shopping mall, etc... Great central location close to everything. Queen Size bed and oversized living room furniture. All new appliances and housewares in the kitchenette/wet bar for your cooking and dining needs. Perfect set up for a work connection or long term stay as all the comforts of home are provided. One night stays are also welcome.

My only feedback was that we had no tv to watch. We asked for new batteries, but the tv still didn’t work. We were a little sad about that. But the comfy bed, and the coffee and breakfast snacks more than made up for it.

A cozy little nest!
We really enjoyed our stay! Our host has put a lot of thought into making her space welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated the very nice bed and her clever use of space. We will plan to stay here in the future!

Well appointed basement apartment in quiet neighborhood.
The property had everything I needed for a quiet stay, and the well appointed kitchenette was supplied with coffee, tea, breakfast biscuits, instant oatmeal, and everything needed to prepare and consume them. There's also a hot tub that I didn't have the opportunity to try out. Curtains divide the sleeping space from a living area, and from utilitarian spaces My only criticism is that lights and light switches are awkwardly placed; bathroom and access stairway would both benefit from some sort of nightlight.

I spent 4 days there. Located in a nice area of fargo. Felt welcomed by the owner. Owner was friendly and was great meeting.Hot tub was a great addition. The whole unit was spacious then I originally thought. Great place to stay at and definitely would come back again!

Grandpa & Grandma in town to visit.
The cozy basement apartment was cozy & quiet. There was room enough for our 2 young grandsons to enjoy time with us on a rainy weekend. Kathy was responsive to all our needs. Hope to go back and see her gardens in the summer!
