  • Welcome to the Tiny House! Experience Fargo like a local in this 1 bedroom house, near NDSU. This beautiful space is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, modern amenities, laundry, and a relaxing hot tub! The living room also offers an additional sleeping space with a cozy sofa bed.

    Expect to hear some traffic noise as property is located near an overpass.

    Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a small dishwasher for easy clean-up. Outdoor cooking/ grill available during the summer months.

    Bathroom: Relax in the large soaker tub with a rainfall and hand held shower head. Stackable washer and dryer is also located in the bathroom.

    Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortable queen bed for a solid night's sleep in the bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa located in the living room. Extra pillows and blankets are furnished. Hangers and shelving are also available in the bedroom closet.

    Entertainment: High speed Wifi available with Smart televisions in both the living room and bedroom. The Wifi password is easily located on the fridge.
