"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "

Staff in the hotel were very helpful, and the included breakfast is handy to save on costs. Bern in general is a great central location to use as a base for day trips elsewhere including Zermatt (Matterhorn) and Jungfraujoch."
