The decor and gardens include many charming improvised touches, and the overall feel is very peaceful, private, and secluded. Bring a SUP or two as the bay is very warm and shallow at high tide. Sunny Shores was an incredible home base for a group of 4 women friends on our trip to Vancouver Island. The house is very spacious with lots of cool spaces to hang out and enjoy the great views of a quiet inlet. It provided everything we needed and was comfortable and cozy with great beach cabin décor. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the deck space was a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with plenty of linens and supplies for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for easy walks to other beaches. Very close to the highway to access other parts of the island.
