"The facility is amazing. Both the room and other facilities. Try not to take recommendations from the staff. They sent us to average minus places. They don’t have an arrangement for taking a shower before the flight, which is disappointing after such a great vacation with them. They also don’t have a gym which is basic today."

"Nice hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with child-friendly activities, which made it a good choice for families. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members seemed a little off-hand, although one receptionist genuinely tried to be helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the airport transfer pricing. The hotel and Bolt quoted €55–65, but I found an airport shuttle service for €13 that dropped me very close to the hotel...

"This hotel is excellent, we really enjoyed our time here…very comfortable beds and great amenities Improvements that could be made - heat the spa pool…it’s freezing The coffee isn’t great at breakfast and only 2 of the 7 days was our order taken correctly. "The hotel is situated almost on the beach , which helps enormously as ‘ the towel brigade’ are up at the crack of dawn , putting there towels down . That would be the only negative comment as the hotel fulfilled my high expectations."
