"Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. One of them was able to get the extra charge taken off, NOT the manager. The room was filthy. Our bed was dirty, stains on one of the sheets, some wierd particles on top of the sheets, dead bugs around and the air filters was so bad that when you open it, stuff would fall out of it. Everything was booked in the area. This was las resort and I will not make that mistake again. Staff was very friendly. Manager is MIA and useless Room is discusting If I would have been contacted by someone, I would not have made this review."

"Yes, but the grill was dirty. I was planning to cook some steaks but when I opened that gas grilled or BBQ pit, stopped me in my tracks., how dirty it was. "

"Very nice and informative staff. Wonderful tours - took history and spooky tour. We stayed in Williams Winter Room inside main plantation house - very clean. Absolutely love all the animals around property. Coffee shop and staff there was wonderful. Charles was an awesome tour guide!!! Will definitely be back again!!!"

"Beautiful area, inside and out. Of course, the outside area was the best for me. I love sitting on the porches staring out to the River, watching the wildlife. Very comfortable Beds"
