It was perfect. Lovely location, great communication and easy check in. Bedding and towels were clean and soft. Kitchen had all you needed for basic meals. Lots of spiders everywhere when we arrived. Owner apologized but as they say you only get one chance at a good impression. While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC unit in the bedroom in addition to the one in the living room. They would run less, keep the place cooler and overall use less electric. Not sure if the attic is insulated well but that would help also. Dina was very pleasant and tried to improve the situation right away but before we got there would have been better. ##### Richard S.
