"The room/bed were clean and comfy. Our issue was the fridge making very loud noises all night, off and on. Both of us were woken up all night and we were completely exhausted in the morning. We had had such a long day Saturday after a dear friend's funeral, we needed a good sleep.....didn't get it. Hope they can rectify this situation for the next guest in that room."

"The kitchen was not fully equipped for any type of cooking even though it was mentioned in the listing, so we ended up having to go out to eat for almost every meal. There is also no continental breakfast and morning coffee ends way too early. Our room also did not have Netflix or any other type of streaming services available, so the receptionist came to fix it in our room since the IT guy was not working. While the receptionist was friendly, this was just such an inconvenience as we had a long trip planned. Later on when we needed the receptionist again, he was nowhere to be found because the property only has 1 person working at any given time, so you better be prepared to wait for almost 30 minutes if you need help. Just horrible. "

"Athough the room is small, it has everything you need. If you request something, they bring it to you. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, very comfortable. Geoffrey's Bistro located in the Hotel was also great. The staff was courteous and efficient and the food was excellent."
