"My wife and I stay at VRBO or similar whenever we travel. I would rate this stay at the top. The home was gorgeous and the location was great. The home was spacious with a large kitchen and dining area. The living room was more than sufficient to meet our needs, and the master bedroom/master bath was awesome. The home was very clean and well kept.We watched the horses and the deer through the many picture windows on the main level of the home. I took a walk through the mini trail system on the east side of the property. I can only imagine the view if we had arrived a mere two weeks later than we did to see the color change for Autumn.Barbara, our host, was quick to reply to my messages, and the check-in/check-out process was effortless. Thanks to Barbara for a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend."

"The property was breathtaking, so beautiful. The interior was comfortable and cozy. Games and puzzles galore. Thoroughly enjoyable. We did notice a gathering of insects in the tub room on the floor in the corner and walking around other rooms. Some movement can be heard from the upstairs."

"What a great place! This is by far the best stocked Vrbo we’ve stayed in! Sean has thought of everything , and the coffee bar and selections is better than any of us have at home!Everything is clean and tidy well thought out.Our trip was only a quick overnight and it was 90 degrees so we mainly bopped from one place to another . We had a quick lunch and beers at Toppling Goliath , ordered pizza from Mabe’s and stopped at pulpit rock brewing ( cute!) We had a great dive bar breakfast at the Hay Market and fell in love with our spirited server Davia ! We had a whole list of great restaurants to try, but saving for next time! The guys want to come back and pack more in next time (kayak & hike). We spent a few hours around the fireplace once it cooled down :)Best and most humorous communication from a host EVER! We loved your community and your place.THANK YOU!!!! We will return!"

"Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)"
