Herzliche Gastgeber im Herzen des Salzkammerguts
Das Haus Elfi liegt nur wenige Autominuten von Fuschl- und Wolfgangsee entfernt, Salzburg ist in einer guten halben Stunde erreichbar. Liebevoll gestaltet und voll ausgestattet lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Beide Gastgeber sind offen, herzlich und freundlich, haben stets ein nettes Wort und einen guten Tipp für Ausflüge oder Restaurants. Die komplett eingerichtete Küche wurde von uns darum lediglich zur Zubereitung des Frühstücks genutzt. Unser nächster Urlaub in der Region wird wieder im Haus Elfi sein.

… mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastleuten, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren auf die umliegenden Berge. Etwas abseits von Faistenau… Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche dort verbracht! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was nötig ist, hat auch einen kleinen Balkon mit Morgensonne (wenn man Glück mit dem Wetter hat).

Erholung pur!
Die Dachgeschosswohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber. Außerdem hat uns die Lage gut gefallen: die Seen und auch Salzburg als Kulturstadt waren schnell zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber; sie waren bei jedem Anliegen hilfsbereit und hatten auf Nachfrage stets einen guten Tipp für uns. Danke nochmals dafür!

Très propre et très joli mais ne correspond pas tout à fait à l’annonce
Très joliment décoré, très propre et confortable mais ne correspond pas tout à fait à l’annonce, avec 2 points qui nous ont plus particulièrement dérangés : - ce n’est pas un appartement indépendant mais le dernier étage de la maison en haut de l’escalier principal qui ne ferme pas (impossible de s’isoler complètement tant au niveau du bruit que de l’indépendance même si les propriétaires se sont montrés très discrets). Nous avons été obligés de constamment demander aux enfants de fermer les portes des chambres et du séjour (leur bruit a peut être dérangé les autres locataires quand même). La photo du hall sur l’annonce est d’ailleurs celle de l’étage inférieur. - connexion wifi de très mauvaise qualité : à certains moments connexion impossible ou tellement lente qu’il était même impossible d’envoyer un mail (cela correspondait en général au moment où les autres locataires etaient présents, le débit ne doit pas être suffisant). Nous avons alerté la propriétaire sur ce point qui semblait au courant du problème mais n’avait pas de solution à proposer D’autres points moins gênants mais pas tout à fait conformes : - il est annoncé 2 chambres avec leur salle de bain, en fait une seule chambre communique directement avec une salle de bain et il y a des wc et une douche séparée dans le petit hall pour la deuxième (en haut de l’escalier donc) - 2 télévisions au lieu des 3 annoncées (bien que cela n’est évidemment pas été un critère de choix) - pas de lave-linge dans l’appartement mais en partage au rdc (ce qui est beaucoup moins pratique quand on voyage en famille) - cuisine bien équipée mais qui manque de couverts (seulement 5 couverts ce qui est un peu juste pour 5 personnes) - la propriétaire nous a montré le jardin arrière où se trouvent les lapins mais n’a pas proposé aux enfants de jouer sur le devant de la maison où se trouve la balançoire. Y avions nous accès ? De plus, contrairement à d’autres commentaires, nous n’avons pas eu un contact particulièrement sympathique avec la propriétaire. La prise de congé a même été plutôt surprenante, sans même le minimum de politesse attendue qui consisterait à dire au revoir et à s’enquérir du bon déroulement du séjour.
