The staff at this property was absolutely outstanding, they took incredibly good care of all of our needs. They were highly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The reason for the lower score is the rooms are in desperate need of an update, our room had cracks in the ceiling, sloped floors, and rusting bathroom fixtures. O&M is really hard on these older buildings. That said, the price is reasonable given the conditions, but it’s probably time for a renovation.

Every time we left the property we had to buzz the front seat to open the gate, very inconvenient. They were always out of water. Breakfast as not free, limited selection.

My alleged 4th floor bay view room that I paid a higher rate for had a great view of obstructing palm trees. I would suggest not booking a room with a view that actually has no view. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough. Average room but a convenient location.

"Mr Jin was always a pleasure to see at breakfast. Drinks in the bar were a little expensive. We stayed two nights, the room was good for what we needed to be in the area for those two nights. I didn’t read site very well. Was surprised to find out we had to pay $40 a day for parking."
