#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room!
#2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy.
#3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot water.
#4) no parking at the hotel unless you want to pay valet $60 per night!! So be mindful that there aren’t parking options unless you pay to park. We found a place a block away that was $21 a night.

Beautiful nostalgic hotel with nice lounging and breakfast areas. Hotel room was spacious, clean and decorated and large bathroom with ample shelving for hygiene products. Great gym as well. Breakfast was excellent with healthy options. Home fries were amazing fresh & tasty. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!

The staff was polite but curt. Not warm and fuzzy. The room was nice enough but the headboard of the bed was peeling and there were scuffs all over the walls. For a Regency, it should have been better maintained
