"I have stayed here several times of the years and found this to be my best stay. It seemed cleaner through out and the staff was well trained and very helpful. The parking is easy and the breakfast although not outstanding was very acceptable. The bathroom products were full and seemed to be better quality. I will return. I had stayed away from this hotel for a while. It clearly now meets the standards I desire."

"Booked this while driving. Arrived and looked good. Staff was very helpful and lobby looked clean. Got to the room and was met by dank, musty odor when we opened the door. It was worse when the AC kicked on. Trash in bathroom had not been emptied. It was late and the beds were clean, so we dealt with it. Breakfast was good and staff seemed very nice. We did have plenty of towels. The bathroom was very small. Parking was free and our dog was permitted for a small fee ($25)."

"I had a great stay overall! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The property itself was very clean, and my room was spotless when I arrived, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was the carpet in the room. While everything appeared clean, the carpet felt a bit grimy underfoot, almost like it could use replacing. I’d recommend wearing socks or shoes while walking around the room. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent customer service and cleanliness made for a very enjoyable visit."
Breathtaking, Wooded River Retreat " Isle Of View"

"This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep though, which was good. The house is comfortable and the elevator was nice for unpacking and packing the car. Marcus was quick to let us know when the previous renters left a mess and check-in was briefly delayed and offered a late check-out. We had a great time at the Global Wildlife Center nearby and would definitely recommend a visit there."
