My friend and I had a great stay at this cottage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the rooms were super cute and comfortable, and the outdoor area was so lovely for just sitting outside and relaxing. We also loved the outdoor fire pit. Rebecca and Michael were amazing hosts. I would absolutely come back for another stay here, and highly recommend it to anyone else!

By far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Rebeca and Michael were terrific! Everything was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. Their house is across a courtyard area, but you would have never known. The privacy and quietness made the stay that much better! Highly recommend!

Quick family get away

What a lovely setting to spend some time away. Very spacious guest house, lovely beds & linens plus a well stocked kitchen. The highlight was the gorgeous covered patio…The most amazing spot for morning coffee!!! Delightful hosts!

Perfect space and location

This has been my favorite place to stay in the Asheville area. The hosts went above and beyond to make my sister and me feel welcome and comfortable. The back patio area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. It’s a short drive to downtown Asheville, Black Mountain, Biltmore, and much more! Looking forward to our next NC trip and stay at this cozy cottage.

Great Weekend in Fairview!

The house was perfect for a get-away weekend. Everything we needed was there, including blankets for an unseasonably cool evening. It's a short drive to hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains and a short drive to Asheville for dining and entertaining. Rebecca and Mike were the perfect hosts; very accommodating.

Perfect set up

This was a great cozy getaway for my sister and me, plus my infant. The house had everything you could need and more! Completely private despite being connected by a patio to the owner's home. And the owners were incredibly responsive and generous. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. There was a minor problem upon our arrival, but the hosts went above and beyond to correct it. Beautiful mountain get away

The hosts were super and helped me with anything I needed. This stay was superb. Money well spent. Book fast before it fills up. The coffee bar was excellent with extras. Gas grilling steaks outside. They’ve thought of everything and more.

Perfect cottage with amazing patio

Our time at Rebecca's Garden Cottage was perfect. Comfy beds, lovely outdoor patio, clean spaces, everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Plus the location in Fairview is close to restaurants, the grocery, and a 10 minute walk away from the fun ice cream shop. Rebecca was so attentive to our needs. She even gave us a super late checkout which helped immensely. I highly recommend this property.

Magical Mountain View

The secret garden is an absolute gem. It was comfortable and inviting. My husband and I felt at peace in the beautiful magical patio that overlooked the mountains. No details were overlooked. We are already talking about when we can get away again!

Best Hosts Ever and a perfectly lovely cottage

These are the best hosts that VRBO could have. They have thought of every detail and go above and beyond to make their cottage and your stay the best possible. Super clean, new and well appointed with extra nice additions in every room. Healthy tea selection, spices, and staples in the fully complete kitchen. Cozy fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. Super comfy bed and quiet location. Beautiful patio and garden, firepit and bbq. If you need ANYTHING, the hosts are right next door and happy to provide or help in any way.

Amazing lodging in a great location

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The home was decorated in such a cozy way, we were blown away with all the amenities provided as we indulged on the refreshments and loved capping our nights off by the fireplace! My partner was so excited to see the garden and spend mornings out there watching the gorgeous sunrise. It was the perfect location for us to be able to enjoy downtown Asheville and also journey into the surrounding mountains for views and hiking. All of the accommodations inside the home were great - very comfortable bed, spacious kitchen, and very easy system for checkout. This is an awesome place for anyone looking for a mountain getaway like we were and we will definitely come back here on our next trip to Asheville!

Exceptional Hosts, Memorable Stay

Rebecca and Michael, our wonderful hosts, left an unforgettable mark on our stay at their home. Their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to assist made our visit truly exceptional. Whenever we required their help, their immediate response and personal attention were beyond impressive. The home's location was ideal, allowing us to reach all our intended destinations in a timely manner. The property itself was a cozy, pristine haven, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We truly couldn't have asked for anything more. Rebecca and Michael went above and beyond to take care of us, and if my future travels bring me back to the Asheville area, there's no doubt that I would love to stay with them again.

Great weekend gateway

Gorgeous, spacious, clean and up to date with everything. I loved the space, and the courtyard outside to hang out and relax. Rebecca a great host. Easy to reach and to help you. The cottage is a lovely space, comfortable for a family of 3 or 4 or friends who would want to share. Uber and Lyft can pick you up very easily if you do not have a car. Very convenient with the supermarket right behind, like a mile away. We did not really go to Asheville but it is only 15 min away give it or take. I highly recommend it and I never write reviews for anything. If that tells you something.

Lovely Rental

Pros for the rental: Completely clean Very comfortable with nice warm lamps and comfortable couches Well stocked kitchen - coffee and snacks! Nice beds (wonderful box fan!!) Fantastic courtyard and garden, with vegetables available to eat! Hooks - I love to be able to hang everything up to either air or dry. Very friendly and accommodating hosts who are just next door so are available if needed, or will leave you alone if not. Location 20 mins to Chimney Rock - our favorite hiking place Cons: NONE! Rebecca and Michael were lovely hosts. Rebecca even brought over additional books when I asked about waterfalls. There is so much good information provided, in the rental, including a hand drawn map showing where the local coffee shop and grocery shops are. Sitting in the courtyard, you do feel like you're in an oasis, though it would be easy to get just about everything you need within a short walk or a short drive (Dollar General a few mins away by car for items beyond a grocery store). I enjoyed the feel of the rental, with its beautiful floor, controllable track lighting and warm lamps. Also enjoyed that the surfaces were available for use, not cluttered. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The cottage and hosts could not have been more charming and delightful for our mother/daughter weekend. We had plenty of privacy enjoying the patio every evening complete with a wonderful fire pit arranged by our hosts. The cottage had everything you could imagine needing down to an excellent array of board games and magazines. Loved this property and would definitely recommend.

We had such a nice stay here! Micheal and Rebecca are wonderful host who really care about their property! They made us feel right at home! They even reached out after our stay and found that we left a personal item in their cottage and mailed it to us without any expectations. Would definitely suggest this property to anyone who’s visiting the Asheville area!
