This house is spacious and clean, in a good location to get to Asheville. Fairview has some breweries and restaurants too. This is a pet friendly property which is always a plus. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults to hang out without feeling cramped. 2 living areas with TVs. This house is well stocked with the essentials. All 3 showers were nice. The only downside: some of the couches and beds were saggy and uncomfortable.
The property was great for our purposes. We had multiple family members and there was enough space to meet together but also for people to have privacy when needed. The only suggestion I have is to stock the cabinets with more basic spices, oil vinegar, foil and plastic wrap. There was barely any salt and pepper, which was a bit of a surprise!
We traveled with several business associates. This space was great! Plenty of room for privacy and also convening. It is close to Asheville and convenient to dining/grocery.
The property was clean and comfortable with a nice view and lots of outdoor areas. Great rooms with good amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. The original home we picked became unavailable at the last minute. The staff notified us immediately and helped us find a comparable place to stay in the same area. They were very helpful and the change was managed with no hassle.
We really enjoyed this wonderful peaceful home!We stayed at the Asheville Cottage in Fairview, NC, from May 17, 2026-May 21, 2026.It was a beautiful home, quiet and clean. It was also very spacious with 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms, which was more than enough for four women, who were there for a 3 day seminar at the Cove, in Asheville, NC. We also welcomed the two sitting areas, one upstairs and one in the basement. Such warms spaces for fellowship. This home was a great space for a respite. The only negative that we had, was that to our surprise the garage door was open when we began to pack our car to leave. That was a bit unsettling because we knew that we had not opened it. We later realized that the garbage can had been taken up the hill to the curb and so we assumed the owner had left the garage open. It would have been nice to have had some type of notification before hand, so that we were not left wondering how did it get open. With that said, we highly recommend this home for a beautiful, clean, relaxing stay.
Girls trip to Biltmore
The house was way nicer than we expected. The kitchen is lovely and entirely stocked. You shouldn't need a thing. The bedrooms are large and very well appointed with storage, hangers, bureaus for a nice long stay. There are extra linens! The bathrooms were a real surprise with extra towels and plenty of TP. There was no Kleenex, but when we mentioned it, it was delivered the next day.
I've stayed in a lot of short term rentals and every one had quirks. This one didn't have any.
The location for Asheville couldn't be any easier-15 minutes to Biltmore or downtown. And the rural feel was wonderful.
This was such a breath of fresh air! Thanks!
The stay was very nice! Nice sleeping arrangements for all! House was well stocked! Really nice stay! Just know that you are a 15 minute drive from Asheville .
Pets are welcome which I did not bring mine there is a fee but nice places have it very cozy I would recommend it to anybody especially if you have big families cuz it is the three story you got two bedrooms up the staircase in the master bedroom on the main floor and you got two bathrooms downstairs a limit area down there with washer and dryer your own balcony back there gorgeous I would go back in a heartbeat
My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with seven adults, two kids and several dogs. The property fit us all comfortably. It’s very conveniently located and the property manager is extremely responsive.

Beautiful Asheville Getaway
Beautiful and very clean house with lots of space for 5 friends. “Minutes from downtown Asheville” was a slight exaggeration. Carpets have some stains and furniture is clearly geared toward renters but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
