Fantastic welcoming staff. The lounge is a nice added bonus with tea and coffee making facilities and delicious cookies. While the bed was very hard for me it is tricky to please everyone. The location can’t be beaten. Just a short walk from Town Hall station and the airport line, close to Gadagal metro to easily get out of the city, and a walk down George street (or use the light rail) to the Opera House or The Rocks. Would definitely stay again

Disappointing service. I had to argue for the $25 room credit & then even though I signed a chit for less the credit, they tried to bill me the entire amount on checkout. I asked for a room with a walk in shower due to my friends needs and was told they don’t have those, but their website says otherwise. For a venue that charges what they do, staff could also be better presented, several were dressed more for a hostel front desk!

"Was okay not exceptional. Before arriving contacted hotel for a request no response. Very disappointed with the club lounge. Club lounge- cramped. Everyone handling wine bottles if you wanted other drinks you had to search for menu then cram in a corner to get servers. Food was VERY limited nothing ..."

"Great location in the rocks, walkable to the Sydney opera house, harbor bridge and botanical gardens. Our room was spacious and we had great views (floor 21). Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We didn’t eat in the hotel but can highly recommend the 4 seasons."
