    Welcome to The Perch, a charming mountain-modern retreat in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, perched high above Greers Ferry Lake with beautiful lake and mountain views.

    Set on nearly 3 acres, The Perch offers plenty of room to spread out, explore, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether you're planning days on the lake, hitting the trails, playing a round of golf, or simply relaxing and taking in the view, The Perch is a great home base for experiencing everything Fairfield Bay has to offer.

    A public boat launch is approximately one minute away, making it easy to get out on Greers Ferry Lake for a day of boating, fishing, swimming, and exploring. Snakehead Cove's popular jumping cliffs are also just a short bike or ATV ride away.

    Fairfield Bay is known for outdoor recreation, with approximately 90 miles of ATV and UTV trails along with hiking, biking, boating, fishing, and golf.

    Guests also receive access to Fairfield Bay resort amenities, including pickleball, tennis, three pools, bowling, mini golf, the Hart Health Center with an indoor pool, Mountain Ranch Golf Course, and Indian Hills Golf Course. Please note that some amenities are seasonal and may have separate usage fees.

    For dining and drinks on the water, Jannsen's Lakefront is approximately 15 minutes away.

    **Attending a wedding or event?** The Perch is also conveniently located directly next to a beautiful wedding venue. The venue entrance can be reached through the far corner of the property, making it approximately a one-minute walk while still allowing guests to enjoy the privacy and setting of The Perch.

    **Please note:** The Perch sits on a steep bluff overlooking Greers Ferry Lake and is **not directly on the water**. The property offers beautiful lake and mountain views but does not have private shoreline access. Children and pets should be closely supervised around the bluff, especially after dark.
