Fairborn
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1 review)
"Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Odd for the Vrbo property to not have full access to the property like the basement and the garage. Wonder if guests will have access to...

"Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. "My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...
