"The check in time of 2pm is not correct on hotels.com so when we arrived, there was only one member of staff and we were ignored for an hour. Check in is actually at 3pm but even still, our room wasn't ready. It was quickly turned around and we had a beautiful room with two floors and a large terrace. ..."
