(12 reviews) This apartment is unique and beautiful. It is in the middle of restaurants and shops and very walkable. We had difficulty driving to the apartment, as the streets are narrow and packed with pedestrians who walk on the streets. Expedia says parking is 8 Euro but it is actually 2 Euro per hour up to 23 hours and then 1 E after that! We drove around for almost 2 hours confused before we were told to park out back for free. I realize it is because the building is so old, but I feel I should mention you can't flush toilet paper, so be prepared to put your soiled toilet paper in a bag. I was also surprised to find out you need to strip all the bedding and dispose of all garbage yourself. Expedia says check in time is 4:00 but the owner says it is 5:00, just to be aware. Lastly, Expedia says there is a breakfast buffet available to purchase, but you are in a private apartment so this is not correct. (89 reviews) The check in was easy, and the room was great. This is a reception less hotel, so all communication is done via phone or email. But it was easy and the room was nice. They are very centrally located in old town and easy walk to all the sites. We were able to store our luggage after check-out. I would definitely recommend them and stay there again. (4 reviews) The location is unbeatable. The area is walkable to any historical site of your choice. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores are nearby. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me. If you are a solo traveler with lots of luggage, watch out for stairs, the building doesn’t have the elevator so you will have to drug your luggage over the stairs. It’s not necessary a con, but just a heads up for other travelers. I also wish the TV had cable. Overall, it was a great stay!
