Beautiful property with amazing help and insight to Brugge from Hans and his wife. They helped us every step of the way with canal tours, buying chocolate, booking dinners, and just exploring Brugge. A one of a kind historic house with both old and new details and the best breakfast hand prepared. Thx for an A plus experience at Quay 17 and all of Brugge. Todd and Jill C

The room was extremely hot at all times and could not be cooled down, the radiator was turned off and we had to keep the window open at all times. One of the walls was hot to the touch and could hear running water behind it, I think the heating pipes ran through the walls and had no insulation which made the room unbearable to sleep in even with the window open in October.

We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too. We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special. We paid 15 euros per day for the parking. Location was perfect with the town centre few minutes walk away with lots of cafes, shops and market on Saturday.

9/10 Wonderful! (682 reviews)
"Very clean, great locations, attractive hotel, good staff, particular gentleman in the bar. The not so good was the room. We wanted a room in the older part and paid extra from the basic room. It had characterful beams (very low in places so you have to remember to duck), but it was all a bit bland ..."
