"Upon arrival, we was given a room that had open wires in the bathroom that was unsafe and could cause a person to be electrocuted. They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance book so we couldn’t did not have a light for the bathroom because we couldn’t stand in the seat the strobe light the customer service was horrible. The follow up was horrible. I will never stay here again and I really want my money back to be honest with you because it was a horrible. They also advertise that they had microwaves in the room, and when we got there, the rooms did not have microwaves in them, and he claimed that they never advertise that I’ve included a picture of the advertisement with the microwave."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I went there for a staycation and reserved the deluxe room with the jacuzzi tub! It was just what I needed. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The bed was very very comfortable! The room was spacious. The only nack against it is that the building needs upgrades/renovations as far as the walls, floors, lighting and some plumbing. I brought my own food so I was good. The staff members at the desk were nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!"

"Hotel is clean and in good shape. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is in a good area. My only complaint would be the elevators needing updated, the floor is coming apart pretty bad."

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!"
