The carpets look dirty. 2\. It's difficult to communicate with the host and get something you need. When I first entered the room, it was chilly. I contacted the host's daughter, and they raised the heater. Later on, I'd like to find utensils, and there was no response at all until I checked out. The host responded me the next morning saying that her phone was accidentally put into the standby mode. 3\. The room has a microwave and fridge, but nothing else, no tissues, no utensils. If you plan to use the microwave, you need to prepare utensils and napkins. 3\. The bed is not comfortable, leaning towards the center. It's good for a person who likes soft bed, but for two people it isn't the bed you'll use at home. 4\. The distance to the National park is not close. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the gate. It's better to find a closer place in three rivers if you plan to enter the park multiple times. So the 2 star is for raising the heater temperature in a raining chilly day. We had problem finding the place in the dark (when we arrived after dark): could not see the address number from the street (in our car), and she did not turn on the motion-sensored light at the front door (so we did not notice the front door of the unit).
