We had a terrible trip. The hotel
Was so crowded and oversold. You are supposed to go to Hawaii to relax. That was impossible. There were people
Everywhere constantly. Construction at hotel next door made the beach miserable. Pool
Was disgusting and filled with kids in diapers and small and no
Umbrellas. I had to pay $100 a day at beach for an umbrella from a third part company. . Food was terrible. Would never go back. How you can rate this property as four star is crazy. It is two star hotel. We wanted to cancel this trip because of the contaminated water after the hurricane and Expedia and hotel would not let us. The bacteria levels of water were not safe for swimming for the first three days of our trip and when we did go in the last three days there was still tons of debris and sewage. It was disgusting.
