The bright and panoramic view of all its rooms, rooms and terrace on the 3rd floor, gives this house a unique charm. The house has a living room, kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, two with double bed and one double bedroom. It also has two WC's, one for each floor. You can also enjoy the terrace on the top floor, where there is also a laundry room. The use of the house is integral but the price presented corresponds to the use for 4 people, the occupancy for 6 people has an increased rate of 25.00. Information about cultural and leisure activities will be available, as well as pre-marking adventure activities such as arborismo, canoeing, and other multi-activity animations. Evora has unique conditions for the practice of parachuting and free fall. If you want to have that experience, or to relive it, we can help you achieve it. The house is located within walking distance of the main monuments of the city. It is also in an area served by small supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. At 20 meters you have service ready to eat with meals of familiar and traditional flavor. For a more refined meal, at the same distance, you will find the Fialho Restaurant. Evora is located about 1.30km from Lisbon airport and the Alentejo coast. Dista do Algarve around 2.30 h. On request can be made transfer to and from the airport. Next to the house there is parking which is free on weekdays between 19:30 and 8:30 in the morning, as well as, Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Free parking can be done outside the walls 2 minutes away. There is also underground parking paid 50 meters from the house. Easy walk to all the places in Evora. A bakery downstairs in the same building. The private parking space in a garage is the cherry on top. We were able to make a day trip easily. There were bakeries close by and there was a market downstairs with necessities. If you need more groceries it’s best to stop at a supermarket on the way. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a cute little rooftop patio. The washing machine came in handy, too! The apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk to many fabulous restaurants and a small market for groceries and wine. There was a bakery filled with beautiful pastries below us and right across the square was another bakery where we could get cappuccinos and lattes. Celeste was very friendly and responsive. We loved it. (Be prepared climb stairs). You can walk to everything in Evora. We really felt at home. The house is above a baker on a lively corner near the upper entrance to Evora. Busy with people and cars, but only enough to make it interesting. Double-pane windows keep out any unwanted noise. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're lucky enough to find it available - it was a highlight of our time in Portugal. ##### Doug S. It was absolutely charming and full of love that the owner has put into this home. There was lots of history in this home, and yet it was modern at the same time. The thick walls kept this home cool on hot days, the breezes were wonderful with the windows open. The upstairs terrace was charming. The owner was so very accommodating and helpful. She met us at the home when we arrived and shared all kinds of information to help make our stay in Evora more enjoyable. Communications before arriving was clear and timely. The apartment was all we were expecting and more. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Excellent location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see in town. Parking in the garage right across the street was very convenient (though we parked the car and didn't use it again until we left). Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The only inconvenience was that the only coffee maker used some special pods and there were only a few provided. We couldn't find in a nearby market, so weren't able to make coffee the last morning. Fortunately there are two cafes (one downstairs and another across the street) where we could buy coffees, plus some pastries to go with them. ##### Rick F.
