First room we stayed in was quite dirty with some mould visible in the bathroom. They were very kind and allowed us to change rooms.
Second room was much better, refurbished. Good customer service.

Fantastic location and very modern room. Only thing that was a little unnerving was that the all-glass shower stall is in the middle of the room and has no curtains or anyway to shield the view inside the shower from anyone in the room. May be awkward for couples sharing a room who are no comfortable being completely undressed in front of each other. There were also several times that there was no one at the front desk. But otherwise a very comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.
