The Heathman Hotel
Excellent service, nice hotel. Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways ...

Best Motel
Absolutely blow away with cleanliness and customer service. The agent who checked us in was very welcoming and informative. I felt very safe given the area and the room was exceptionally clean. This stay exceeded all expectations.
