Cool house!
Liz's house is a cool place to stay with the sunken living room area and all the neat throwback paint schemes throughout. It was very clean, check-in was easy, great communication and in a great location. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Unique Property
Family loved this property and the location was fantastic. My only complaint was if you were in the bedroom without air conditioning it got rather warm during the night. Rest of the house was fine. However, the property is very unique and loved the different room decor. Everything you needed was there.

Cutest house ever
What a wonderful stay. The house was decorated so well and how can you not love the conversation pit! The whole block is so cute with wonderfully restored houses. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in the area.

A friend and I, along with our teenage daughters, shared this property for the weekend. Our girls were in a multi-day swim meet and this gave us a great spot to relax in between sessions, feed hungry swimmers and get their stuff dry for the next session. It had everything we needed, and we all enjoyed all the fun decor as all the cute and/or functional touches throughout (from fun coffee mugs and throw pillows to quality hand and dish soap). It was clean and comfy, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would absolutely book this property again!

My husband and I were in a nearby town for a concert and came to Evansville for a couple nights to relax before heading back home. We absolutely loved this house, the furniture and decor is perfect for the space 👌We really enjoyed the historic district, and the house had so many unique original features, but updated and freshly painted, very nice furniture, etc... Everything was beautiful and clean, tastefully decorated. Property manager was very quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. 5 stars all the way around. We will book again if we come back through Evansville. ✨️

Its a neat property. I was a bit worried with the area when we first arrived in the area, but we just entered Evansville in a right part of town after dark. One we arrived at our destination we where in the better area. The street is full of vintage homes. I'm the morning it was quite the sight, im a fan of people fixing up and keeping the vintage exterior. The house was great. Kids loved the sofa built into the floor. The interior was beautiful and clean. The host was also very helpful making adjustments to our arrangements. Highly recommend if your staying in the area.

Perfect location within walking distance of many cool bars and restaurants! House is roomy and very cool. Here are the cons: under the beds need swept, windows are old, bathroom could be cleaner and have more amenities. But overall is a great property and we would rent again. Great host.

Birthday Surprise
I booked this house to surprise my husband for his birthday by having all four of our kids show up as a surprise. The weather took a turn and I wasn’t comfortable having our kids travel that far and possibly get stuck. Liz (owner) stayed in communication with me the entire time. She even went above and beyond to surprise him by having a surprise of her own. My husband and I enjoyed the local eats and had a lovely evening hanging out together in the conversation pit with the fire going. Truly a phenomenal home. Extremely clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!!

Amazing little house!
We had a late Christmas getaway with me and my 4 boys (21,18,18,&16), this place was in a historic safe area within walking distance to everything haynie’s corner had to offer. When we arrived we was greeted by the cutest cat named fat pat outside. The sunken conversation pit was soooooo cool! The house was very comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! The property owner was very helpful also and easy to reach.

We were so thankful to be offered such last minute hospitality after our initial property had castrophic plumbing issues.
