  • Welcome to your dream home on the Eastside of Evansville! This charming, well maintained brick ranch sits on a corner lot with a spacious front yard with mature trees. The house offers three bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an updated kitchen. The secluded fenced-in backyard, complete with a patio area, provides the perfect retreat for relaxation and entertaining.

    Please note that the original oven does not work and there is a convectional oven in place. The dishwasher is also not usable.
