It sleeps 12 people comfortably on 5 large bedrooms, 1 guest bdr in 1st floor, and 4 bedrooms plus laundry room in 2nd floor. The oversized Master Bedroom with Lounge-Seating area/ King Sized Bed / Gas Fireplace / Private Full En Suite Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub and Separate Walk-in Shower. Additional Queen Sofa-bed in 1st floor with gel mattress is included. Lovely open floor plan house with luxury vinyl floors throughout 1st floor, which has a mixture of modern and rustic styles, making it cozy to anyone. The living room has gas fireplace where you can relax, while overlooking the beautiful pool and entertainment area through an oversized window. The kitchen is a chef’s dream that seats 10 people, which is open to the living room and equipped with black cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The informal breakfast area seats 8 plus 2 in Bar area. The formal dining room table is located just off the living room and seats 6.
