"The stay was wonderful. It was the booking process that had some issue. They have it set up as if your buying verses renting for a couple days. When I orginally called got man with foriegn accent and I explained that I would not be filling out information for purchase. I had to go through the Landing Reservation for clearing and it was through clear choice. Once done I was cleared for the stay. Overall property was great it was just the clearing process"

"This property is centrally located in Nexton. Our check-in was delayed by 30 mins due to cleaners still at the property. Parking is a real challenge as it is a large apartment complex. The unit is on the ground floor with an outside door. Traffic noise can be heard inside during peak travel times and when cars race down the main road behind the complex. The photos that were provided during our check-in did not match what we had. Some decorating was still in the process of being done, but...

"Very nice home! Pictures are as advertised and the home was very clean. The area surrounding the home is dilapidated, however, the home is very nice. The only two issues with the house are 1) the walls are very thin and you can hear the road noise and every step the people above take very clearly. 2) there is an issue with the municipal pipes of the town and my last night of the stay the water in the shower and bathroom sink was coming out yellow. Overall a very nice option in this small town."

"The apartment was on the 3rd floor the occupants on the floor above us were terribly loud morning and night. The apartments are inside like a hotel, as you walk down the hall after you get off the elevator the smell of Marijuana was so strong. There were two little boys who played kick ball is the inclosed hallway kicking the ball at the walls so loudly I had to ask them to please be a little quieter they also had hoverboards that they were riding up and down the halls screaming and playing. "What we didn't like was having no free coffee in the mornings. The Starbucks cost us $13/day for a large regular coffee. Also, we like a breakfast buffet included with our room fee. The next time, that would be a consideration."
