"This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy."

"no basic or standard toiletries supply. Only 1x2 soap is available, no toilet paper in the room, even staff can not provide. No disposable cup or coffee make, or water. Just a room to crash. Building is poorly maintained, room has an odor, like a storage unit. Overall assessment: terrible to poor, I do not recommend, unless you only want to crash and leave the next day"
