Welcome to Maison de Montagne situated in Eus, officially recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Eus is perched on the side of a hill on the South facing side of the Têt valley and enjoys unbroken views of Mount Le Canigou which Rudyard Kipling once described as "a magician amongst mountains".

Located at an equal distance from the high mountains and the beaches, Eus is a pedestrian village populated by artists, with a panoramic view across the valley to Mount Le Canigou. It is 45 minutes away from the ski slopes of Cerdagne, two hours from the high peaks of Andorra, and 45 minutes from the coastal towns of Canet, Saint Cyprien, and Argelès sur Mer. The village is directly connected to numerous hiking trails, allowing for easy exploration of the wild nature and magnificent landscapes of Conflent.

This beautiful three-story stone building, fully renovated in 2023, offers spaces for conviviality or intimacy, as well as two large gardens. It features wood heating, double glazing, and insulation for all the walls and the roof, ensuring comfortable temperatures throughout the seasons.

On the ground floor,

Large kitchen - dining room opening onto the lower-level living room, a terrace, and the garden, for lively and convivial moments. The kitchen is well-equipped for a pleasant holiday, including tableware, pots and pans, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, combination oven/microwave, and dishwasher.
The house has a good internet connection with WiFi repeaters on each floor and a TV subscription.
A large living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a television, and a portable Bluetooth speaker (Marshall).

The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a study room with a single bed and a large closet for storage, as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, and washing machine. The bedroom is spacious and pleasantly decorated, with a 160 cm bed and high-quality bedding. It opens onto a large private terrace with a panoramic view of Canigou and the Pyrenees.

On the second floor, there is a very spacious third bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a panoramic window overlooking the mountains, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The garden of hanging cacti to the right of the house is beautifully landscaped and includes a stone outbuilding and a large garden table and chairs. The kitchen/living room opens onto a terraced garden.

You can choose to have your meals at the long dining room/kitchen table or outside in the shade of the fig tree, with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenean summits.

Our classified village facing Canigou offers multiple activities:

Sports: family cycling or more challenging trails, canyoning, walks or hikes, swimming in secret waterfalls.
Cultural: various festivals, the thermal resorts of Molitg and Vernet les Bains, the route of Romanesque abbeys, and concerts.
Gastronomic experiences thanks to excellent restaurants in Eus itself and the surrounding villages. Not to mention the wonderful Little Yellow Train!

The displayed prices do not include the bed linen and towel package (100€), cleaning (100€), and tourist tax. The rate includes the internet package as well as water and electricity consumption.
