The pool was broken which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The AC unit in the room wasn’t working and no other rooms were available so I had to stay in a warm and humid room. There was pink mold growing in the shower. The lights on the wall didn’t work and the extension cords running everywhere were unnecessary. The refrigerator was missing a leg and falling over. This stay was very disappointing! The only positive… The breakfast area was nice and the food was good.

First time in several times of staying there that I had to wait to check in. No one was at counter and only came to counter when she came around to get some paper work and I surprised her!! Just a ok stay, with most rooms filled with a high school team in town.

One of the better hotels in the area, many different fast food, restaurants in the area. Clean property inside and out. Sometimes can be noisy with the slamming of the doors people walking in the hallway, as in most hotels, just seems much more louder than most. Still was able to get plenty of rest!

The lady at the front desk,on the date of Aug 3, 2023 late in the afternoon, was so rude from the moment we walked into the building. She so unprofessional we ended up having to cancel our reservation because she dis not want to give us the amount of rooms we reserved online and just proceeded to be rude through the whole process even after the company I booked through called the front desk to clarify any issues. I was very disappointed we decided to just leave and drive back home!

The room is very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and Nevaeh was a sheer delight and went out of her way to make us comfortable during our stay.

Rude Staff Canceled Reservations without Notice
I called to see if I was able to check in 2 hours early and was notified that they have decided to CANCEL both of my rooms due to them over booking! I make this reservation 6 days prior! The only explanation she would give me was that they over booked by 6 rooms and picked my rooms to cancel. The nearest hotel was 30 minutes away! I will never use Holiday Inn again.

The smell was horrible.. I was only there for a few hours before bed. Therefore, I didn’t bother to call to report to switch rooms. I don’t have enough towels. No service when I called the front desks

No breakfast
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because of a baseball tournament. Other teams were staying here as well. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 am ( it opened at 7) and there was nothing but bread available. No coffee creamer, no milk, no food and nobody restocking. We selected this hotel because they offered a full breakfast included in the room price. $160 for 1 night and no breakfast. Very disappointed.

Nice stay but funny with my money.
The check in process took way too long. When asked why they charged my card 3 times the lady at the desk couldn’t answer me or refund me. There wasn’t a manager on site to help the situation.

the front desk person was nice and cordial the room had a musty smell and the AC was off when we checked in i turned it on and in 15 mins it cut off i called front desk and she was sending someone i waited another 30 mins and unplugged the unit and waited a few minutes and plugged it back and and several mins later it came back on it was in and off all night i called front desk tell her don’t send we were gonna tough it out i asked for 6am wake up call never came place is nicest in Eunice but that’s not saying a whole lot but this place for what they charge should be much much better
