A mi parecer este hotel necesita una urgente remodelación, el baño de la habitación se ve muy feo y en mal estado, me fui a sentar en una las sillas que tenía la habitación y se rompió la misma conmigo encima, y casi de lesiono, al momento de llegada me dijeron que debía de dejar US$50.00 dólares de depósito por si había un consumo extra y que a la hora de irme me lo devolverían en efectivo, y cuando lo reclame, me dijeron que en 10 días lo ponen en la tarjeta, en conclusión, no volvería a ese hotel,

mi experiencia fue decepcionante. la habitación no coincidía con lo prometido ni con lo que pague en la aplicación. la habitación estaba sucia, y mal mantenido, con basura, hoyos en los techos y una ducha que botaba agua por todas partes e inundo la habitación completa. ademas hubo una información contradictoria sobre los créditos de comida, ya que inicialmente me dijeron que no estaba incluido y al día siguiente me confirmaron que si. en general, el servicio y la comunicación fueron muy inconsistentes.
