Road construction made it difficult to sleep at night do to a generator running most of the night
Great staff. Comfy bed. Room wasn't the nicest (like not totally finished decor, and I found a wood screw on my bed... stuff like that), but hey for the price I'll take it.
This isn't a fancy motel, but the price is a great deal. Bathroom looked recently remodeled and was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Staff were pleasant. Perfect for a quick road-trip stop!
The people working at the hotel were very nice. The room and environment, on the other hand, were not. The furniture was dusty, the sheets were stained and dingy, and there were hairs in the bed. The other guests at the hotel obviously included ladies of the night (who were entertaining in their rooms), drug users, and a woman who was loudly ranting outside after 2 a.m. Definitely won't be staying here again.
CHEAP little motel with some restaurants and grocery stores near by. Equipment in the room is basic but adequate. Hotel staff friendly but with occasional problem with water supply.
Family of 4 stayed in 2 rooms. One room had a heater that was impossible to regulate and thus we were alternately very hot and then cold. My daughter said the heater in their room worked great. The rooms were actually very clean, including the carpet which seemed pretty new, and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff person was very pleasant and accommodating. I consider it a good value for the price and would stay here again providing I could get a room with a functional switch on the heater.
It was an inexpensive rate but I've stayed in much better for this price. There were hairs all over the pillows and bed, had to lay our own blanket on top to sleep on. The walls are paper thin...and the closet was merely a piece of wood nailed to the corner of the wall with 3 miss matched hangers dangling over our head while we slept.

Good cheap motel. If you're looking for a place to crash and don't want to spend much, this is the ticket. breakfast not included. ;)
Pictures of hotel do not reflect the tru shape. Run down, not clean inside or out. No room to move in the rooms. Dirty towels, sheets and bugs in the bathroom. Not enough toilet paper provided to get through one night. Took two hours and 2 ohone calls to ge a request for pillows completed. Not a good part of town to be in. did not feel safe at night and the parking lot so close to street was afraid my car would be hit by anyone entering the lot.

Just what we wanted
The motel was cheap, clean, comfortable and convenient. We just wanted a place to stop on a long trip and this was a good choice. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and more than adequate. The shower was good - what else is there? Would stay there again.
It was terrible service. The room had no toilet paper, dirty stained towels and it had a gross smell to the room. I recommend a tent under the bridge downtown before going to that place.
I found them very rude. I had called before I booked about a deposit and was told $0. When I tried checking in they wanted a $75 deposit. I informed him I wouldn't b staying then. When hotels called to verify he told them he charged me because I said id be back. That is very dishonest and he was also very rude to his wife.

Excellent for the Price
I've read some reviews that weren't too honest. I'm a single female, arrived late to a small (off the Main St)quaint motel run by a friendly family, and had no problems whatsoever. Though they don't offer breakfast or have bigger hotel perks, the room was neat and clean with a microwave and fridge, granite countertops, hair drier, iron/ironing table, a love seat, table w/chair, dresser, and an LG flat screen TV. Couldn't connect to the WIFI-don't know why. It was great for the price (thru Hotels.com)
Hotel was old and in disrepair. This was just a place to sleep so the price was decent.

Hidden costs
I reserved my room via hotels.com, stating I needed a room for two adults and one child. However, after I checked in, my fiance and his son arrived with one person giving them a ride. Within seconds, before they'd even gotten in the room door, the front desk was calling me demanding to know why I had extra people there. I explained that the male was the other adult and the child was the child I'd reserved the room for. The female was just the person giving them a ride. The desk clerk stated that I'd only paid for a room for one person and had to pay another ten dollars. I explained that was frustrating as I'd made the reservation for two adults and one child. I wouldn't have stayed there at all had I knows the price quoted wasn't what it appeared to be (two adults one chlid). Also, they have a strict "NO VISITORS" POLICY--I get that for overnight guests, but really I can't have my ride drop me off without someone getting all over me about it? Will not return.
We had two rooms for two nights. One room had an unusual odor and mold on the shower curtain. The other room smelled OK however it also had mold on the shower curtain and the air conditioner only worked on high. This was an unusually hot period in Eugene and the room was either hot or cold. We left after one night.
The room was clean and OK as far as comfort. My only problem was thin walls and neighbors who were fighting and pounding on their door. The bed was a bit lumpy and saggy but I was able to find a spot where I was pretty comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a low price hotel and are not overly concerned with a stain or two on the carpet and only shampoo and soap for amenities. It's good enough for me.
