Dual Porch Swings + Fenced Yard + Fire-pit

Summay: This gracious newly constructed home on Ramble Along Way features three bedrooms with a bonus loft providing accommodations for a dozen lake-going guests. It is the perfect place for a wonderful reunion with friends and family with sleeping quarters located on all upper levels of the home. This is not your average lake home!

The Space:
The Black Pearl location is close to Tower Court Pool, Bocce Ball Courts, and the Tennis Courts. No detail was missed in this high-end build! Enjoy the covered front and back patios that offer plenty of seating for the whole family. Out back you will enjoy a fire table under the covered porch or a real wood burning fire pit right off the patio! Entertaining will be no problem at this lavish property!

The first floor at The Black Pearl includes the kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, and powder room. The kitchen has loads of contemporary white cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances to fulfill all of your culinary needs. Enjoy the open living concept and edgy high-end furnishings throughout the home.

The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a top-of-the-line king-sized bed with built-in massagers and a spacious ensuite bath. It features a handsome double vanity sink and an accessible walk-in shower. A guest bedroom, features a queen-sized bed with two full-sized built-in bunk beds. Another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed has access to a full hall bath with walk-in shower. This communal bathroom also serves sleeping quarters in a special third-story bonus loft with four twin beds. Kids will love this room because it resembles an “A” frame with a cathedral ceiling!

Carlton Landing is a walkable community. There is parking behind the house for 2 vehicles and overflow parking is available along Park Street. There are also a few golf cart rental options in Carlton Landing that offer free delivery and pick-up.
