Located in the adorable picturesque community of Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, "Emerald Bay" is the perfect home for a family getaway! This professionally designed and decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home can sleep 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy the covered porch's, stunning interiors, and hints of emerald throughout the home. Just a short walk away from boardwalk pool and hot tub, pop up shops and food trucks. Guests will have access to the Carlton Landing fitness club, Tennis and pickleball courts, plus 2 community pools.

The spacious front porch with two day swings sets the scene for a serene lake retreat. Plush furnishings and a cozy fireplace welcome guests to relax in the comfortable living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy preparing fresh meals. Nearby, a dining table provide ample room for guest dining. On the first level is a laundry room and a cute powder bath located by the back door.

The second floor presents a beautiful king en-suite with king bed, abundant natural light leading to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and a private bathroom. This level also offers 2 additional guest rooms, 1 with a king bed and an efficient bunk room with 6 twin beds, and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This property has a grill for guests to use.


Bonus: Emearld Bay offers a outdoor firepit area for those cool nights to enjoy spending time with family and friends making smores. This property has a pellet grill for guests to use.

The turkey was cooked on the pellet grill and was fantastic. A big plus was standing by the real firewood fireplace to warm up on the chilly day. Our kids loved the scooters! W&D in unit was a huge plus too! The beds were very comfy! Huge plus! We were close to everything and it was so nice to be near the pool, lake, restaurants and family activities. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals....even a crockpot! We did bring our own coffee pot since there was only a keurig because we are coffee snobs, LOL! The beds were amazing! The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. The extra blankets throughout the house were amazing. We loved all the amenities Carlton Landing had to offer. We thought about renting a golf cart, but decided not to. Walking around was so easy or we were able to park near the lake and pool, which was what we did most of the time. The starter set of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc was great! We did bring more of our own, which we were glad we did. Overall we had an amazing time and Carlton Landing will be our new favorite family reunion spot!Thank you for sharing your home with us!The Wards
