    Nestled in the heart of Carlton Landing, Cottage on Hill Street is a charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat that feels like home the moment you walk through the door.

    The main level is thoughtfully laid out for easy living — a cozy living room flows into a dining area and a darling kitchen made for gathering. The main-floor primary suite features a king bed and a tub/shower combo, plus the convenience of in-unit laundry and a powder bath for guests.

    Head upstairs to find a second king bedroom and a bunk-friendly room with two full beds, perfect for kids or extra guests — all sharing a full bath with shower.

    Whether you’re coming for a family getaway or a group trip on the lake, Cottage on Hill Street offers the comfort, space, and Carlton Landing community access to make it a trip worth repeating.

    Cottage on Hill has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

    Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
    If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

    All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and well-equipped throughout our visit. One of the best surprises was the little playroom for our toddler — she was thrilled with all the toys that were provided and spent so much time enjoying the space. It made the trip even more relaxing for us as parents. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling with young children.

Beds are comfy, and furniture is great! We had all dishes and pans/pots we needed. The kids are under the stairs is adorable! The front porch was amazing! We loved the proximity to the three pools, food trucks and Meeting House! We walked a ton and loved it!
