With the fantastic location just minutes from Lake Eufaula and seconds from the heart of the community, you are always next to excellent scenery and neighbors. This home provides comfortable spaces for everyone with additional lounging space on the second-floor balcony. Charlotte’s Nook offers a prime location next to Ramble Along Way and Lower Greenway Road. It is a short drive/golf cart ride to the boat dock, beachfront, both pools, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Wood Fired Pizza, The Meeting House, and Food Truck Park. This 4 bedroom, 3.5-bathroom bath lake house, features a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area, with the added comfort of a large sectional and large screen tv. The indoor dining table seats 8, and the outdoor dining table seats 8\. The outdoor dining can be accessed through a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened in porch. The kitchen has a large island that seats 4, all new appliances, and is fully stocked with the essentials to meet the needs of the best cook. It is also equipped with a double oven! The downstairs master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Just off the mudroom is a downstairs laundry room with a new washer/dryer and spacious storage. Heading upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a communal TV room with two ottomans for extra storage and blankets. The couch does pull out into an extra bed if needed. Charlotte’s Nook features two upstairs bedrooms. Both have queen beds and doors that access the second floor wrap around balcony. Each bedroom has a large closet. Upstairs there is a doorway leading out to the large wrap-around balcony with a bed swing, rocking chairs, and side tables. The balcony overlooks the woods and offers views of Lake Eufaula. The third floor offers double bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. An additional full-size bed is in the center and offers another excellent view of the lake. All beds are equipped with reading lamps. Benches and coat hooks are available for further storage. Enjoy the high-tech touches throughout the house, with all Roku-enabled TVs featuring streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, PBS Kids, and much more. This property has a propane grill for guests to use. Outside you will find a two-car gravel parking area, equipped with a Tesla charger, and additional parking next to the house along with your own wood-burning fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs. There is something for everyone. This house, specifically, was great for our party of 10\. The house is tucked back from the main thoroughfares, providing some additional privacy. The layout is thoughtful, with areas both inside and out for entertaining and enjoyment. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for kids to escape to their own space! The master suite and bathroom were spacious and beautiful. The only improvements I would make are not for the home itself, but the amenities provided. For a 4 day stay, there were 6 trash can liners, very little dish soap, 2-3 travel sized shampoos and hand soap dispensers that did not work. As a guest, these seem to be easy amenities to provide. The community is small and homey, and there are no reasonable places to buy these things. While the marina store has some necessities, they are overpriced. Also, the pantry room is locked, I assume for supplies, but for such a large house accommodating many guests, there is no where to keep the food. We enjoyed the community pools, Lake Days park, the marina and boat rentals, and of course, the fact that it was a golf cart community! We were able to bring our own golf cart on the trip, but there are carts available for rent as well. Wonderful pools and nearby boat parking for those that bring a boat. DEFINITELY recommend a golf cart rental. We used Dr. Doo's. The link for the map to the property was a bit off but we made it after a few wrong turns. We did like the fact that the yard space allowed for our outdoor games. Since we were there before the main season started, we were confused about the hours of operation for the Meeting House and the pizza place. The only dislike about the house was the spiral staircase. It’s not reasonable to expect certain groups of people to get up and down safely(especially during the night)as there is no restroom on that level. I would also think this beautiful, active community would benefit from tornado sirens. This is my second time to come here and would definitely come back to a different property. ##### Joni K.
