Mackenzie was very professional at the front desk and we were able to check in early. She also remembered us the next day.
There was a male clerk, older, who was working the night shift that was completely opposite of her. He judged me by the way I looked and you can tell it on his face by the way he looked-digusted. I lost my driver's license and he was no help whatsoever. Mackenzie needs to train him in customer service. Next year is the World Cup and if he continues to look down on people, he needs to look elsewhere behind the scenes. Just because I am Asian does not mean you can look down on me and not offer any assistance.

I would only come back for the super friendly employees, that being said the hotel could use some serious upgrades. We had to rig our bathroom door in order for it to shut. We used our shoes, garbage can to keep it from opening. You can’t tell the difference between the bath mats and the towels. They need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones. It’s the ritz Carlton guys, yes run by Marriott but come on the towels, robes .. gross, felt like sandpaper. The throw pillows were stained and just disgusting. My expectations were sadly diminished the moment I walked into the room. I will say the convenience of transportation from the hotel room was priceless. Close to the Marta and free trolley was awesome. I’d come back solely for the friendliness of the employees. Barbara, who is retiring after 40 years of working at the hotel was just amazing! Come visit us in Florida. So sweet! None of the negatives mentioned here have anything to do with the employees, I blame management.
