It will be the ideal base for enjoying the town's shops, beaches and discovering the region in complete tranquillity, with family or friends. You will quickly feel at ease in this comfortable 74m2 apartment on the ground floor of a calm and peaceful residence. Compatible with PRM (Reduced Mobility Persons), it can accommodate four people. The accommodation is organised around a living area that integrates the dining room, kitchen and living room. The night area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with an Italian shower (accessible to PRM) and an independent WC. Outside, you will enjoy the terrace, which is very pleasant for summer evenings. The apartment has a storage room for storing bicycles and surfing equipment and a dedicated parking space. The neighbourhood The residence is located a few minutes' walk from the town centre of Etel and its shops. The port is at the end of the street. The famous Tuna Boat Museum, a key site of local memory, is 50m from the residence. The nearest beach is located 500m away and is suitable for families with young children. A little further away are large white sandy beaches, some of which are very renowned among water sports enthusiasts for their superb waves. The region At the entrance to the Ria, Étel bears witness to its past as a tuna fishing port and offers one of the most charming town centres with its restaurants, bars and shops. Not far from there, the village of Saint Cado is a true postcard setting with its famous little house with blue shutters, isolated on a tiny islet. Étel is a privileged setting for spending holidays and exploring the region. It has immense beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in all seasons. It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the numerous hiking trails to discover and stroll among dolmens and tumuli. A few kilometres away, Carnac is a megalithic hotspot not to be missed. By bike, using the greenway, you can reach Erdeven, Plouharnel or even Quiberon. Beach and surf fans, the region's beaches will delight you.
