"freundlichen Empfang. Nach der Anmeldung und Schlüsselübergabe wiurde ich vom Chef des Huases persönlich begrüßt . Das ist großrtig. Ich denke das ist Tradition in diesem Haus. Das große Fenster im Zimmer bietet einen wunder schönen Panorma. Schreibtisch direkt hinter dem Fenster , mit bequemen Stuhl, und warmen Filzboden "

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is in a great location for getting to all of the sites and has plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. However the food in the Hotel restaurant was good (we did not have breakfast) but the atmosphere in there and the bar of an evening were fantastic. The staff were amazing with their customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Loved our room, everything was nicely presented, great shower and the complimentary water each day is very welcome and a nice...

The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. There is a departmental store and a few restaurants as well in the vicinity of the hotel. It is quite conveniently located for covering some of the tourist parts of the city on foot, though it's a long walk. Anyway, the beauty of Budapest lies in walking and using its tram services.

Amazing stay! Such a cute room which was perfect for our stay and an amazing breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Slight issue with the shower not draining properly on the first day which was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. The b b is in a lovely area a bit away from the centre but right next to a bus stop which goes straight to town. I highly recommend to anyone going to Budapest.

Great hotel in a good location. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there but it looked nice. There’s a great little chimney cake shop a couple of doors down too! Was perfect for a city break

We stayed here for 4 night's, its in a fantastic location just of Vaci street making it easy to get to all Budapest's attractions on foot and transport links.
The hotel itself is modern and clean and has what you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning was perfect and was great to walk into your room after a day exploring in the heat. Bed is comfortable, pillows are soft but we had good nights sleep. Great that your room has a kettle in which is restocked with tea and coffee as you use....

Can't really find any faults with the hotel, with the exception of the breakfast scrambled eggs, but every hotel in Budapest cooks them the same horrible way, so what are you going to do.
Place is quiet, incredibly clean, has comfy beds, and the aircon works. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, and you're on the doorstep of a restaurant serving the best fillet steak you're ever going to have.
I had a really enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel occupying one of Sisi's former palaces in Budapest. Located on the doorstep of the city's most beautiful building, the parliament, it is close to anywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a grand former ballroom and is quite good, if somewhat on the expensive side.
We were seriously impressed by the staff, who were all super-friendly, helpful and efficient.

Perfect for me, hubby and 3 kids aged 16, 14 and 12. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and they arrived at the door with chocolates and a card which was a lovely touch. The facilities are great too!

A very well run hotel, the rooms had everything required for a very comfortable stay, the staff were very helpful, the location was ideal for visiting all the places of interest in Budapest, taxi transfer from the airport about £50 return, a visit to the House of terror a must, as is the Gelert spa which is about 30minutes walk away across the river, We have visited Budapest 4 times now, and will be returning later on this year and will be staying at this hotel. Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located...

Such a unique place to stay!
On one hand, it ticks all the boxes in terms of convenience: right in the heart of the city center, near transport hubs, restaurants, etc.
But what really sets this hotel apart is the atmosphere: the aesthetic is very old world and the attention to detail in the decor and design really does transport you (I especially loved the fixtures in the bathroom!)

Hotel was really nice. Staff really welcoming and polite, rooms cleaned really well every day. Hotel is also in a really central location and close to lively restaurants and bars. Hotel also has an app where you can stock the mini fridge, ask for any extra toiletries, or contact the reception on. Only slight downside as we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. Have had other hotels which have allowed us to check in early. However, there is a luggage storage space so we were able to leave...
