Breakfast staff were very efficient kept everything topped up and stocked. Was great easy in out to get on with our holiday.

I was there for my kid's ball tournament. Overall it was fine. Esthetically I felt my room "specifically the washroom " was looking worst than it should have. Wall paper was lifting off the wall at every seam. My bedside lamp wasn't working. The AC was noisy but wow could it blast some cold air. The beds and pillows were really comfy and staff was great. Not sure how much the hotel is responsable "if at all" for the large field in the back but I'm torn on my review of it. On one had it was absolute perfect for large groups. We were a whole ball club staying there and it was great being able to set up our chairs and relax outside and letting our kids run around. On the other hand, I did pick up many vapes, lighters and broken glass. I found it unfortunate to feeling like I needed to do a walk thru before letting the boys play. This being said, I don't even know if the hotel has any responsibilities towards this field.

I did not like that you had to walk through the casino to get to the hotel front desk. Glad that there is security though
